Plowing is done on a minimum of 1 inch of snow.  We have a variety of equipment including backhoes, bobcats and trucks to meet your parking lot and roadway needs no matter how big or small.

Sidewalks and fire exits are always kept clear to ensure customer and employee safety.  After the snow is cleared, pavement is salted to prevent ice buildup and slippery conditions.

As the winter goes on snow piling can become an issue for some customers whether it is visibility problems or just a matter of not having enough space.  We can relocate the snow on the property or remove the snow and have it trucked away to a dumpsite.

Sand/Salt is a cost effective way to maintain the property although it does not melt the snow quite as fast as straight salt, it is effective in taking away the slipperiness of the snow and ice. Straight Salt is an effective way to have your parking lot consistently clear of snow and ice.
